She asked great questions, and high an energy personality but it wasn’t too much to handle. I felt like she made me think and it helped to figure out my health plan and needs for her services. It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to meet with her again to dive deeper. Her professional background clearly helps her to be the doctor that she is, which again, helps you to really dive deep and address issues you didn’t think you had or could correlate together.

Dr. Quinones, the CEO and visionary behind the transformative programs “Daring You to Be YOU! (DAREU2BU)” and “The Battle of the Bulge Begins in the Mind (BOBBIM),” has a well-rounded educational background. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with specializations in English Literature and International Relations from the University of Maryland, College Park, training in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University, a Master of Science in General Psychology, and a Doctoral Degree from Walden University, among other accomplishments. Her commitment to patient advocacy and multicultural awareness informs her impactful work within the mental health community. With a profound understanding of the interplay between mental health, identity, and boundaries, Dr. Quinones has crafted a series of books and programs designed to help individuals explore and establish healthy boundaries in both personal and professional spheres. Drawing from her experience in diverse forensic settings and private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she offers therapeutic guidance to adolescents and adults, assisting them in cultivating emotional maturity and a positive self-image.
